2.Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

4.Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

Refunds

1.Eligibility: A refund will be issued if the returned item meets the conditions for a return as stated above.

 

 

2.Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

3.Timeframe: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund winthin 3 business days.

 

 

 

 

Exceptions

 

1.Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

 

2.Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
